After finishing my computer science degree in 2016, I decided to go all in by creating my own game development studio and creating a 2D RPG that became Towards The Pantheon. I also decided to experiment with adding elements of horror, puzzles, and adventure to the RPG genre while also cutting out genre conventions such as potions and elemental types. I’m really proud of the result, and most importantly proved to myself that I could create and release a full length game from scratch.
